At Print Tech DTG, every item is made-to-order and customized specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has started. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you if any issues arise.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Custom printed t-shirts, polos, tote bags, caps, yard signs, and business cards.
Any personalized or custom design products.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during shipping.
There is a manufacturing or printing defect.
The item received does not match the order specifications.
Important: All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), Print Tech DTG will cover the return shipping.
If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
